1. For Bulging Veins on Hands…

The veins protrude outside from the skinny people’s hand and the back side of the palm. Sapota is a good solution for this. Remove the skin and seeds of sapota, add 4 teaspoon of milk and grind it. Take 2 teaspoons of this paste and add one teaspoon cucumber seed powder. Apply this mixture before going to bath on the palms and the elbows. The moisture in the sapota fruit softens the skin and shows the hands little busty.

Take the pulp of sapota, 1 teaspoon rose water and half teaspoon sandal powder and make it as a cream. Apply this paste on face and neck. This dries on applying itself. Sapota is also used as a conditioner. Dried Sapota skin- 100 gram, sapota seed 50 gram. Grind both of them together. Add 100 gram of deseeded pungangai, (Pongamia glabra), 10 gram of deseeded kadukkai, dried hibiscus flower 50 gram, fenugreek 100 gram are ground as a powder. Apply oil weekly once and wash the hair with this powder instead of shikakai, will help to treat the split ends and dryness of the hair.
