Breaking Finger Nail Care Tips
Your hands will look beautiful when you have strong and shining nails.
Breaking of Nails:- Put on rubber or cotton gloves if your nails break when working at home. You might feel inconvenient in the beginning but gradually you will be used to it and nails will not get de-shaped.
Deficiency of calcium causes weakness of the nails. Take care in taking food. Take in more milk and increase the quantity of curd, cheese and butter. They will be strong and white blots on them will vanish.
Apply white iodine with cotton on the nails and inwards, they will stay good.
Keep the nails dipped in Kerosene Oil for 4 to 5 minutes, the breaking of nails will stop.

Ladies generally scratch masala and cream from the utensils with nails. It is a bad habit. Dirt gets in the nails and they become weak and start breaking. Scratch with a spoon or knife, instead of nails. Don’t put more stress on nails, while working; don’t let them hit some hard objects. This would stop breaking nails.
Insert your finger nails in a cake of soap if you are going to work with clay. Clay will not enter in the nails when already filled with soap. Wash your hands later on and filled soap will be removed easily. A few children bite their nails, so they don’t remain in shape. Parents should stop children from getting into this habit, else it might remain and shape of the nails will be spoiled.
Shining pink nails represent health and yellow ones ill health. Take care of your health first, if you notice yellow nails. A healthy diet will give desired results. Oil bath makes your nails strong. Make a liquid of almond oil and juice of two lemons. Keep the nails dipped in the liquid for some time. Do it for a few days, when nails will become strong.
The nails become weak when blood circulation is not good to the hands. Massage the tips, it will improve blood circulation and they will get nourishment massage twice or thrice a day.
