If you have a chin smaller or bigger than the normal size, the shortcoming can be hidden with cosmetics, make-up and lightly change by some exercise. By applying dark foundation on a dented chin, it will look normal.
A line of light foundation, on the lower portion of a big chin, can make it look small. Give a touch of light brown blusher on the round shaped chin, to hide the roundness and apply creamy white cake highlighter in the center of the chin. Make a round shaped patch of light foundation on the corner of a pointed chin and apply powder to hide the point.
Apply normal foundation on a small chin, then make a thin line of light foundation below the upper lip, and let it dry. Apply powder lighter than the colour of your skin, on it. A double chin looks von odd. Do away with fat first, it will automatically remove the double shape. You may use normal foundation to hide it.
Chin Exercise:-
- Sit straight and move your head backwards (as far as possible) and come back to normal position slowly. Repeat it five times. Increase it to ten times gradually. Fats from the chin will melt.
- Sit at a table and put your elbows on it and tap the chin from the back and massage it.
- Move your jaw inside and bring it back slowly. It puts stress on the neck and will not let the muscles of neck and chin become flabby.
- Stand straight and put your hands on the waist. Move your neck around, first from the left, and then from the right. Thus the neck will become flexible.
- Start sleeping without a pillow.
- Keep both of your fists below the chin and press.
- Speak A and U with stress. When stressed, it will shape the face muscles.
- Rub good quality of oil and soap on the chin, while bathing, so that there are no black spots on the chin.
