After about a couple of minutes start rubbing your face with your fingers and all the dirt will start peeling off.

During summer, apart from using mild bleaching lotions mentioned earlier, wash your face with cucumber juice before putting on the make-up.

Carrot is considered to be very beneficial for the skin. It should be eaten in plenty as well as applied on the face in pulp or juice form. Carrots contain lots of Vitamin A.

Parsley is good for an oily skin. It should be boiled in water for about 15 minutes and strained. Apple juice or celery juice may be added to it. To make it into a paste, mix with fresh cream, honey or egg-white or with Fuller’s earth.
