Hands Care is what produces beautiful hands. If you are not your own manicurist then visit a professional one every week. Protect your hands against water by using gloves, rubber or canvas. Always have a cut of lemon handy to the sink.

Hand Problems and Hand Care Treatments

Perspiration: The sweating becomes stinking in this problem. So wash your hands with a scented soap and keep cologne in your purse. Keep rubbing cologne frequently when it is a sweating season and the stink will not develop.

Allergy: The skin sometimes gets itching when coming into contact with a few articles of food and some thing else and they swell or rashes appear. It is called allergy. We touch a lot of things daily and eat many, its difficult to known what has caused allergy. If known once getting treatment will be easy. If you have understood and know already the things which cause you allergy, stop using them immediately.

Visible Veins: Veins show on hands of some of the women. They may do the following exercise after rubbing cologne there, it will benefit. Move your fingers for a minute or two after taking your hands above the head. These will not be noticed after a few days.

For puffy veins, Fusco suggests taking a 250-milligram supplement of horse chestnut seed extract twice a day. It has been shown to improve circulation and minimize bulging veins.

Shivering in Hands: Fingers of some people shiver in winters whose skin is sensitive. Blood circulation in this part is not proper it means, the cells of the skin are not getting oxygen properly, they will have swelling, itching and feeling of burn. The easiest way is to put on gloves and keep them on for longer periods. Massage will improve blood circulation. You should do some exercises too and keep them warm. Always make the hands dry properly after washing. Wetness can cause this problem too.

Remember that, like the ideal face and figure, the ideal hand is only relatively so. There is a different style of hand for nearly every style of being, and there are as many different hands as there are face beauties.

Hand Care Treatment Tips: Nix sunspots by smoothing on a retinol-laced cream daily (try RoC Multi- Correxion 4-Zone Daily Moisturizer SPF 30, $30, at drugstores). Avoid lotions with hydroquinone—they don’t penetrate deeply enough to have a noticeable effect.

Dry Hand Care Tips : Hands get dry naturally because they have fewer oil glands than the rest of the body to help keep them hydrated. So choose a gentle hand cleanser that won’t strip hands of moisture (try Fruits & Passion Imagine Hand Soap, $16.50, fruits-passion.com), and rinse with tepid water (hot water is too drying).

Once a week, give your hands a facial like treatment: Massage them with a gentle exfoliator (try St. Ives Body Polish with Collagen Elastin, $7, at drugstores), rinse, then smooth on a deeply hydrating, vitamin infused moisturizer (try Clinique Deep Comfort Hand and Cuticle Cream, $18, clinique.com). Finally, slip on cosmetic gloves and go to bed. (Try Earth Therapeutics Moisturizing Hand Gloves, $8, ulta.com.) Your hands will be soft by morning.

A few home hand care treatments are being explained below to keep the hands soft and smooth:-

• Mix two teaspoons of almond oil, one teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of the yellow part of an egg and apply the paste on hands. Put on cotton gloves then. Remove gloves after an hour and wash hands with water in which you have to add a teaspoon of vinegar. The paste will give positive results very soon.
• Make a paste of a teaspoon of milk one or two almonds and few drops each of lemon, glycerin and rose water. Massage the paste on both hands. Wash hands gram flour in the morning, the skin will soften and glow.
• Mix one ounce each of camphor, wax, a cup of sesame oil, and keep it on flames for some time. It will become a thick paste. Fill it in a phial when it looks like a cream. Wash your hands and apply the cream before going to bed. It reduces the roughness.
